Can I cancel my order?
If you have not approved your proof, you can cancel your order. If you uploaded files and you cancel your order, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee for the cost of prepress. If you have not uploaded files and you cancel your order, you will not be charged any cancellation fee. After you approve your proof you cannot cancel your job.
